Stability shoes are designed for runners who have flat feet, or overpronate, which is when the ankle rolls too far inward when running. They are designed to correct this by having extra support in the midsole, or arch area, in order to help runner's feet stay in a neutral position. Relieves the strain on your body by reducing the force generated by its impact with the ground.
