marymac1010 Shame about the zipper, it appears the metal shank broke in half, leaving the zipper also non functional. I’m wondering if you have reached out to either the manufacturer or a cobbler that replacement because in looking it up it could cost up to $150 so as much as I love the bag I’m on the fence thank you.

clothes_bin @marymac1010 Hi! I just double checked and the zipper does open even without the pull tab and crown. I have not looked into fixing but am open to offers knowing that there is a cost involved to fix the zipper.
