REI Trail Made Rain Pants. Waterproof, wind proof, and have stretch. Adjustable (with cords) at waist and both ankles. Approximately 11” Zippers at each ankle, snaps, and Velcro tabs for easy off/on when wearing boots. The only flaws I can find are tiny and on inside of right ankle approximately 6-1/2 inches up from hem; they are also a bit dirty in that area and cloth dampened with water only doesn’t remove the discoloration but maybe soap will. 2 very big zippered pockets, 1 at each hip. Inseam approximately 29”.
