Very Good Condition! *There are some gray / dark spots on the sides of the skirt (see photos) I have not attempted to remove them -Fits like a Small -3/4 sleeves - Elasticated at edge -Front zipper closure -Slight stretch *There are loops to hold a tie belt but I do not have it- You could remove them or use a ribbon!
