@redredred18 Hi! It is not stiff like denim and really roomy. It has a little stretch to it. When I get home I can tell you what the material. 😊 I was a size 10-12 and it was pretty baggy on me.

Hi! So it is 100% cotton. Across the waist is 19 inches and it has an elastic waistband to adjust and tie. I just noticed a very small raise in fabric, smaller than a tic tag that I just noticed now. If you are interested you can offer me 40 instead. I am posting the measurement and fabric for in the photos now.
