This is a Topper from Tahari with long-sleeves for women. The lining is a poly, rayon, spandex blend and it’s designed for casual or business occasions. The collarless jacket features a regular fit and is suitable for winter, fall, and spring seasons. It is dry clean only and was manufactured in Vietnam. This timeless piece was my grandmothers. She took excellent care of her clothes. It doesn’t look like she ever wore it and she may not have. This is rare find for Tahari because of the fabrication and the design style. You don’t find quality off the rack clothing like this anymore without it costing $$$. She would have purchased it before 2004. Size: 16 women’s
