NWT, this is a poncho sweater that is a size large/extra large by elsie and Zoey. it is a powder blue and you can see in the pictures. The measurements the sleeves look a little silly, but that’s what makes the poncho sweater. There are slits on the side. Just a comfortable sweater to wear while relaxing on a weekend.
