kizzyscloset @danirega2 Hi yes a 38 translates to a US size 8. These boots comes in whole sizes only. So if you’re in between sizes you wear the next size up. I wear a 7.5 so I ordered the size 8 and they fit. If you’re a true 8, get the 8. Hope this helps.
