sueneeh I have this exact type vintage roaster, its in pristine condition, I roasted the best goose in it, one Thanksgiving.. anything I cook in it is exceptional, but I have my methods to make that so.. it gets verrrry hot, I got burned on my chest but it healed well, never again will I handle it that unaware... its a great cookware. So all the best w the one you have here 👍
