pearlmanlc Hello! original 70s and 80s Candies wearer here! 😆 I wish I hadn't worn all mine into the ground, but I did years ago haha tore out more than a few back of my jeans hems. I looks in the Pic that the newbuck leather is 2 dif tones. are they or is it the light doing that? Peace, Larissa

mcperz Hi Larissa! Don’t know how I missed your question. So sorry! Anyway, after much deliberation I still cannot tell if they’re slightly different colors. So I got out the saddle soap and gave the leather a nice massage (they loved it, btw). After they dried for a couple days, I took photos of the results under the many different lighting options in my house & posted above for your inspection. Hope they help you more than me, because my answer is still “Um, maybe.”

pearlmanlc @mcperz hahaha they now look the same! I have seen over the years when leather shoes have 2 dif tones. But that was in a box in a store haha. Maybe it was my brain maybe it was the lighting or maybe it was just that one faded... but they look perfect now
