mcperzHi Larissa! Don’t know how I missed your question. So sorry! Anyway, after much deliberation I still cannot tell if they’re slightly different colors. So I got out the saddle soap and gave the leather a nice massage (they loved it, btw). After they dried for a couple days, I took photos of the results under the many different lighting options in my house & posted above for your inspection. Hope they help you more than me, because my answer is still “Um, maybe.”

pearlmanlc@mcperz hahaha they now look the same! I have seen over the years when leather shoes have 2 dif tones. But that was in a box in a store haha. Maybe it was my brain maybe it was the lighting or maybe it was just that one faded... but they look perfect now

pearlmanlcHello! original 70s and 80s Candies wearer here! 😆 I wish I hadn't worn all mine into the ground, but I did years ago haha tore out more than a few back of my jeans hems. I looks in the Pic that the newbuck leather is 2 dif tones. are they or is it the light doing that? Peace, Larissa
