This is a two piece Jogger set Handmade by Locker Room. The two piece set includes wide leg elastic waist pants and a sporty sassy crop top with notch inset in front of top. The deep blue color borders on navy but is more of a deep royal blue. This has never been worn. It was made to order and is a size large,xl and according to website that would fit size 12-16.It is a great cotton knit and comes in a cotton drawstring bag.
