Hello! What is the waist measurement of the item itself? Are there any flaws?

@deborahjmi the waist measurements are 14 3/4. She is in perfect condition. I purchased her to wear her for burning man and I didn’t wind up going and if you do purchase her, I pack her very securely so the tassels won’t be connected to anything and they don’t get tangled thank you for your questions and your interest
