NWT Forever 21 black satin slip dress. Deep V-neck. 3 button closure in back, zipper on bottom under cutout. Partially lined. Sleeveless. Thigh-high slit. Comes with extra button. Does have a mark about the size of a quarter near the slit (see last photo), which is way more visible under the bright photo lights than it is under regular lights in person. Size medium.
