Antique Vintage Framed Child Portrait ~ Cleveland, OH ~ Gallery Wall ~ See Notes Charming vintage portrait of a child. Classic somber expression and fixed pose. Housed in a rustic vintage nailed wooden frame. Reverse of photo has name of studio in Cleveland, OH and some writing with name of child and age 7. Great for tucking into a gallery wall with other same era portraits. Photograph is oval shaped and affixed to the matting. While also vintage, possibly antique, the frame is not original to the print. Frame is nailed construction, stained or painted brown and a more modern hanging tab is affixed. NOTE: See photos for condition issues: Most significant is water spot at top center of photo. Edges of photo have been snipped a bit in two corners. Mat with other signs of age/wear, include a nail hole in lower corner. Frame shows wear. There is very old adhesive sticker residue in lower corner of frame. If I were keeping photo, I would remove the oval photo from the current matting and replace the matting an possibly paint the frame black.
