Closes in the middle with buttons see photo but you dont have to close it so it opens up really wide. You can wear it closed up or open. Bag is worn on arm approximately 16 inches in width.. about 10 inches in height in the middle the shortest part.. about 12 inches on the taller side. In excellent condition.
