NWT. This is a stunning heavily hand beaded formal gown that I bought for a mardi gras ball but still haven't worn it. Strapless, zips in the back. The bottom can be fluffed out to make it more dramatic. This dress is heavy and fitted and would look great for a pageant with all the dramatic beading. Would work better on someone with a full B/C bra size. Model is a small and it's way too big up top for her.

@selina111111 in my opinion, it would take a really skilled Tailor and probably cost a lot of money because it is so heavily beaded plus it has that long train. I would only trust someone who Tailors wedding gowns if I was going to get this dress custom fit.
