Incredible western set by Panhandle Slim. Deep purple wine velvet. Amazing western cut jacket. Very long skirt. Needs a button at the waist. Extra buttons inside. Tag says size 10. That is verrrrry much a vintage 10. I would say this is an XS-S. Measures 13” flat waist. Skirt is 43” from waist to hem. Hips approximately 18”. Shoulder to jacket hem 26”. Arm 23”.
