Adorable & entirely handmade vintage dress - black cotton, modest short sleeves and v neckline, fitted at the waist and then gently flares out with soft pleats and a ruffle hem. The skirt is very full, great for dancing. In excellent condition with no flaws. Mild wear on the metal zipper, still pulls smoothly. The inside is unlined, and the inner seams show some fraying threads, as pictured.
