Asking for help identifying this vintage piece

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve recently come across this amazing vintage piece but I can’t seem to find anything on it in any of my searches. This is what I know based on the piece and what it appears to be….. It’s a musical, based on the style of the piece and maybe called “On The Level” - 1945 could be part of its title or the year of its release. It could be as old as 1945 or something produced in say the 60’s or 70’s for a playwright from 1945. If anyone knows anything about plays or someone that does I would be most appreciative if they would leave comments as to what they think. This piece will be listed for sale once more info is obtained. The piece is made of a heavy metal, maybe like a pewter, it’s non-metallic for sure and it has a very old look and feel to it. The back material also appears to be a very old style backing like something that was more used around mid-century. Thank Yo
