Woman's Plus Size Black Flower Dress

Woman's plus size black flower dress. Size 30W. All one piece. Jacket portion does not come off but can be unbuttoned. Skirt with a tie in the back. Blue and purple flower print. One stain on the white that is covered up by the black jacket so it cannot be seen. New with tags and never worn. The fabric reflects light, thus the photographs look like different colors.
