This tote has never been used and has been stored in a pillowcase. The tote is in pristine condition inside and out, and has zero callouts.
This tote does not come with the shoulder straps. However, it does have placement for shoulder straps.
The color is closer to white than cream.
There are four slip packets inside. The interior is in pristine condition.
