magsflan@sierrakc16 hi! Yup it does! Funny, I actually just had someone else ask that too so I have a pic of mine (13.3”) in it. I find bc the straps are rounded & have squish/bounce to them & have what I consider the perfect drop for on the shoulder, it actually feels really good, while also being able to double as a hand bag for all sorts of occasions etc.. hope that helps! :)
