Celeste Mango Sari Dress

Crafted completely from old silk and cotton saris, the Celeste Dress is feather light with gathered neckline, sleeves and skirt. This textile is completely hand stitched in the traditional kantha style of quilting. Each piece takes one month to create, and has it's own unique qualities. This textile has been quilted by hand, by women artisans in Bengal using traditional methods. Subtle variations will occur in this fabric. These are part of the natural beauty and character of the kantha process, and the signature of the maker's hand.
