Hi—does the waist tie have a seam it hides underneath or can you use the tie at your natural waist?

The belt is seen on in the front but it blouses slightly so it does fit at the natural waist. We probably should have tied it tighter on the dress form to show that. Do you want me to take a picture of it tied tighter?
