Vintage 1980s Hal Ferman Skirt Top Set - size Medium This fabulous skirt set by Hal Ferman features an ivory background with ombre tan triangles in what feels like silk but may be polyester. The top has light shoulder pads on at the end of the shoulder to accentuate the cap sleeve. Single button behind the neck. The skirt has an elastic waist. The tag says size 14, but this runs small and I based the size Medium on measurements.
