Joan Rivers Blue and White Enamel Flower Pin, Swarovski Crystals, Vintage 1990's

Joan Rivers navy blue enamel flower pin, gold plated, with small Swarovski crystals!  The enamel paint is blue with white, highlighted with gold.  This is dainty and feminine, not to mention a retired Joan Rivers piece from the 1990's.  Found at a local estate sale, it is in excellent condition, signed on the back, with a locking C clasp.  Measures 2" x 3/4".
