Lulus peach strappy maxi dress

Purchased 2013 from Lulu’s, this peach strappy maxi dress is a size 0/xs. Has some stains at the bottom of the dress, I haven’t been able to get out, in great condition otherwise. If sewing abilities, could hem the dress to midi length to remove the stains.
