1980’s Vintage! Cartise International

Amazing Vintage Find here! Collectors item. In MINT condition for a vintage embellished lace button up top. Has flared sleeves with eyelet hooks on either cuff and the ‘hold’ stitching is still in place, it was never removed. This means the eyelet hooks have always been in the hooked position and similar to how pockets will have stitching to keep the pockets from being stretched out while people try on before buying, this is the same ‘hold’ stitching over the cuff eyelets. That is amazing for this vintage blouse. Cartise International - 1980’s Canadian Fashion Design that allowed women to express themselves. Size 10 PTP 17” - has stretch to 19” Would consider this a US small. The stitching and bead work looks fantastic however there could be missing beads and a few loose threads given the age. The beadwork is done over a lace background adding a collar and flared cuffs with the cuff option to be left open with a sharper cuff adds CLASS! With a camisole underneath you’re good to go!
