I will measure when I’m home later, but I added an image of the size chart. They are very stretchy and forgiving.

@yutziesell waistband is 16” flat and stretches to 18”. Hip is 20” flat and stretches past 22”, so the size chart posted is accurate. I never ended up wearing these, so they are washed never worn, and haven’t been stretched out.
