Hey y’all! Come join me for Stretch & Strength🏋🏼‍♀️- Tuesday & Thursday Mornings -730am Eastern- then sell some Lululemon 🍋 Hi- my name is Christy. I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and have a passion for fitness, nutrition and maybe alittle Lululemon 🍋 I have my CPT personal training certification, teach group exercise including strength, kettlebell, tabata, cycling, and also have many other nutrition certifications. We will go back to the basics of functional strength exercises and stretches for all ages and levels. You may want to grab some dumbbells, weights, soup cans, or can be done with your own body weight. Please be aware to use your own judgement on what exercises that you can and cannot do. I am not able to monitor or correct your form. So please workout at your own pace and at your own risk- I am not responsible for any injuries during this workout.
