Does the strap cover up Minnie when wearing?

It depends on how tight you wear the band. I wear mine on the second hole down from Mickey’s feet and the bottom of that side of the band, once securely on, comes just below her face. You can still see that is Mickey and Minnie

It shows a little of the top of the skirt and you can make out that they are poka-dots. But the majority of her skirt is still covered.
