@handicapprncess shoulder to shoulder is 17 inches, armpit to armpit is 21 inches, and the smallest part of the waist is 16 1/2 inches, laid flat and approximate. I added pics with the measurements. Im 5’ 9’ around 180 lbs with a wide ribcage and it fit me fine.
