Vtg Hand Painted Floral Bulbous Ceramic Hurricane Parlor Lamp Brass Pedestal 24”

This vintage lamp is a true work of art. It features a large bulbous ceramic body with hand-painted floral sprays, sitting on a beautiful brass pedestal. The shade is a globe shape and the lamp stands at 24 inches tall. The lamp has its original wiring, which probably needs to be rewired. The lamp works, as can be seen in the photos, but I am not sure how safe the original wiring is. It is a hurricane lamp with a lighted top and orange glowing bottom with a skeleton key-type rotary knob control style. The lamp has a Victorian style with a floral pattern. It is a great addition to any room and will add a touch of vintage charm. This lamp is preowned and in very good condition. The top globe is delicate. The bottom, with the metal pedestal, is more solid. The lamp works well, but again, its wiring is original to the piece, so you may want to rewire it. I cannot bundle this with anything, as it is at the 5 pound threshold that Poshmark allows when packaged.
