Tt brand black lace biker short. Size 3 is equal to small-medium! These have a thin elastic waist band but not much stretch in the leg! They have a raw edge hem and beautiful detail in the lace. (See close up photos) No flaws, holes, rips etc. 90s style, fun fashion you can pretty much style them however you want, great basic :)
