Sometimes researching signatures is very confusing I believe that this ring is a Vintage Creation by Pauline & Dolly Foutz (this is my best conclusion) Crown measures 3/4 of an Inch by 1 & 1/4 Inches There are some Slight Bends in the Ring's Shank (view photos) Ring Size shows on the Sizer to be an 8 & 3/4; however, I feel that you could push it to a Size 9 Beautiful Southwest Design with Excellent Features coupled with 3 Well Matched Round Turquoise Stones Excellent Collector's Item Priced to Sell for $98 from The Genuine Stoner Closet
