VINTAGE QUIMPER BRETONNE SITTING IN GARDEN VASE

VIBTAGE - QUIMPER - BRETONNE WOMEN SITTING IN GARDEN - VASE 3BM CIRCA: 1954 FACTORY MARK: There is none just a number. Event production only My parents are both from Bretagne near Quimper and brought this with them when they moved to NYC in 63. I questioned my Mom about it as it has no Quimper signature on it. She advised me that they made this vase for an event in 1954 and only numbered them as they were only given to the guests at the event. It's definitely a signature Quimper piece with the usage of the classic blue, yellow and burgundy colors and the depictions of the Breton fashion. The fact that this was only given to attendees of the event makes this piece ultra rare and unique. Condition: Excellent, just one chip on the botton rim in the back (see pics), otherwise it's in mint condition with no cracking of glaze. . Size: 12" X 10"
