VINTAGE QUIMPER HENRIOT BRETON & BRETONNE DANCING BOWL

VINTAGE - QUIMPER HENRIOT - BRETON & BRETONBE DANCING BOWL 3BM CIRCA - 1962 FACTORY Mark: This seal has the full name Henriot with the factory # and design # which they started doing to show a pieces age prior to them going out of business in 1968. Another highly collectible piece and a rare find due to the center depiction showing a Breton and Bretonne in traditional dress dancing. Bowl depicts the area known as La Point du Raz. An absolutely stunning area of the most Western tip of the Bretagne coast near Brest. I included a pic of the area. Blue, creme, burgundy, blue, green, yellow and black colors in bowl. My parents were both from Bretagne near Quimper and brought this with them when they moved to NYC. Condition: very good with minor chips on the flap edges and one on the rim (see pics). No cracking of glaze. Size: 7" X 5" X 3"
