Pleated Raglan Sleeves were originally off the shoulder but have been tailored to fit on the shoulder as shown. Decorative Buttons in Front and zipper in Back. Three Pleats in Front and Three pleats in back of this full skirt in this Fit and Flare Dress. MIDI Length even though it looks full length on the mannequin. Lined Bodice and knit fabric. (Note: my fingernails are green from making Christmas cookies,)
