This is a brand new, never worn, matching Tweed Top and Shorts Set has the prettiest pastel colors with ruffles and bows, making this absolutely perfect for springtime! It has an elastic waist band on the shorts. It's a size 7/8 yrs old. I bought this for my daughter to have for upcoming spring pictures, but she is curvy and the shorts fit great but the top was too small for her so she won't get to wear it.
