Vintage 1960s Teal Traina Dress Black Mod Unique Collectible Minimal Monochrome

This is a vintage dress from 1950/1960’s designer Teal Traina. Very unique silhouette, very high waist directly under the bust line. No shoulder seams, bust goes directly into ballon/lantern type sleeves which hit above elbow length. Wide round neck. Hem hits above knee length depending on height. Some darting at the bust and vertical seams down the front and back skirt. Back zipper. There is no material tag, but based on feeling I would estimate this to be a silk or silk blend. In great vintage condition. There is a bit of snagging at the bust/waist line, as pictured. There is a pin on the inside lining at the hemline where some stitching came out, as pictured. There is no size tag. It is pictured on myself and I am 5’4” and usually wear a size 4 dress. This dress does not zip all the way up on me so I would guess it is a size 0-2. Please see measurements.
