Like new messenger bag. Used only a few times as it turned out to be a little larger than I needed. In great shape. Has more pockets than most bags, one for a laptop, one for a tablet, pens/pencils, and zipper pockets for everything else. Secret zipper pocket allows for additional larger laptop or document storage. Side pockets for smaller items and side water bottle pocket. Shoulder strap has comfort cushion and quick release lever so you can quickly adjust the length on the go. Top has velcro to help keep it closed; strong enough that the metal latches were never required. Color is solid black with grey accents and grey interior.
