hi would this fit a size women 4 or small or would it be too small

@rachaelrubyg I feel like size varies from store to store. If I'm buying from Loft I'm probably in an XS shirt or a 2 or 4 pant. If I'm buying from Old Navy I. might be in a small shirt 4 or 6 pant. So I'm not sure how to answer--I would hate to steer you wrong.
