French Lady Barbie Collector Edition Mattel vintage 1996. 16707
Possibly never out of box but I'm not the original owner so I don't know.
Her box has been taped in several places so I couldn't tell if she was ever out or not. Usually in such cases I open and look but I didn't this one.
The taping on the box, a price sticker and general shelfwear are present and if you are a collector that this stuff matters to you then I would like you be aware. I collect as well however this doesn't matter to me but it does to some and I understand that.
