Vintage COACH Court Navy Blue Leather Multi purpose Bag

Take home a piece of history with this stunning pre-1994 #9870 Navy court bag. Made in Costa Rica. Thick leather, solid brass hardware. Removable straps and tote by the darling handle or wear on shoulder or crossbody style. This bag is vintage and is spotless. Luxe premium leather, absolutely no dryness nor cracking. Piping all intact. I’ve kept her stored and stuffed in my personal collection. She’s a beauty! Rare and beautiful. Clean inside and out. The leather on the true vintage bags is full-grain leather, which is the best of the best, so it is very thick and durable. It tends to have natural scars and wrinkles and striations, and "full-grain" means that these "flaws" in the top layer of the leather were not shaven off or removed. The leather in the newer bags (mid-2000s onward) is thinner and smoother to the touch, and is, in my opinion, not as high-quality. There's a reason the vintage bags are still going strong after 5+ decades of wear! Coach bags were made in the USA for decades, and some of the 90s vintage bags were made in Hungary, Turkey, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic.
