4moi @kimg924 Hi there, The width at the biceps is 14 inches and I don't see any damage or wear at the cuffs. I've attached photos to the listing for your viewing. The coat was worn to a special event in London but only hangs in the closet here in Los Angeles where temperatures will reach 92* tomorrow. lol. D
