@tinastreasures_ I am so sorry I took so long! We had some family things this week and time got away from me.
The waist is 30 inches. Hips are 36-37 inches. It is a rayon/spandex blend, so it has a decent amount of stretch. But not quite as stretchy as jersey knit stuff, if that makes sense and helps.
