This is a sleeveless red lace dress from Lauren Conrad from 2016 or 2017. Was only worn once and is in excellent condition with no signs of wear. Has a connected red slip under the lace. A small ruffle goes down each of the busts and the sleeve holes are slightly ruffled. Also has a keyhole opening in the back. Excellent holiday, Christmas, or Valentine’s Day dress.

About how tight is the waist? Do you know the width?

@cutiemama03 Hello! The waist is 14.5 inches across. However, it is also an elastic waist which stretches much farther. It would probably look normal up to 16 inches.
