@evalen0721 Hi, the jacket is a standard 38 Regular size. I did the best in getting the measurements you requested, but I’m not a seamstress so please consider these the best approximate measurements based on the areas you requested.
Shoulder to Shoulder is 19 1/2 inches
Collar to hem is 31 1/2 inches
Shoulder to wrist is 24 inches
Pit to pit is 21 1/2 inches
