This gem has a Full skirt with tulle underneath, original belt to cinch in the waist. Mesh panel at the bust with button closure on back. Add elbow length or wrist length gloves for an elevated level of class and style. Condition: vintage pre-owned, this dress is approx 30 Years old and does have a small tesr where the mesh meets the bodice as pictured. This could be easily fixed and sewn back together - my seamstress abilities are not good enough to tackle this and have it look good.
