Columbia Black Rain jacket

A casual, lightweight rain jacket with a stand-up collar and a full front zipper, Velcro adjustable cuffs, zipper pockets, hidden hood, made of water resistant material. All the quality of Columbia and the comfort, too. My husband got this as a gift but it was too big so he purchased one that was a size smaller. He typically wears an XL or XXL. This jacket is essentially new without tags.
